Couples Therapy is a therapeutical approach designed to help couples
improve their relationships, resolve conflicts, build trust issues after
infidelity and enhance emotional intimacy. It can provide a safe space for
both partners to express their feelings, understand each other’s
perspectives and work through challenges together.
Communication: Struggling to express feelings or understanding each other’s viewpoints.
Conflict Resolution: Difficulty resolving arguments or repeating patterns
of conflict.
Intimacy Concerns: Challenges with emotional intimacy or physical intimacy.
Life Transitions: Adjusting to significant life changes such as marriage,
parenthood or relocation.
Trust Issues: Addressing concerns regarding infidelity or commitment.
This is a free appointment for both partners to share their perspectives on the issues surrounding their relationship.
The first session involves gathering information on the history of the relationship and childhood experiences. This session lasts for 90 minutes. Further sessions are hourly. Couples can book weekly or fortnightly sessions.
I will guide discussions, encourage open and honest communication. Including teaching practical skills for resolving conflict and enhancing intimacy.
