This week’s challenge is to try and be more mindful of your thoughts and emotions.
Being more present in the moment allows you to be more in control of your thoughts. As you are only focusing on right now. This also helps with reacting to situations or people.
Learning to be more present in the moment can improve your mental health. It’s very helpful for people experiencing anxiety.
Instead of reacting, pause and reflect on how you are going to respond. If you feel unable to control your emotions, walk away. Sometimes people want a reaction from you so they can initiate conflict.
If you stay present in the moment, pause and think on your response or walk away. You have the power to learn this useful practice!
